Look at the 9 o'clock position then step with right foot into a

horse stance facing the 12 o'clock position and simultaneously

execute a left reverse (palm up) ridge hand to 9 o'clock and a

right hand open palm high block.

 

Look at the 3 o'clock position then simultaneously execute a right

reverse (palm up) ridge hand to 3 o'clock and a left hand open palm

high block.

 

Step forward with the left foot into a left pinan stance and

execute a double block with the right hand performing an inward

block immediately followed by a left hand middle out block.  Leave

the right hand in the blocking position as you execute the left

hand block.

 

Step forward into a right pinan stance facing 12 o'clock and

execute a right hand uppercut punch supported by a left hand square

block.

 

Step forward with your left foot into a modified attention stance

(bring left foot next to right foot) facing 12 o'clock while

chambering the right hand on the right hip.  The left hand/arm will

remain in the square block position.

 

Look at the 9 o'clock position then pivot left on the right foot

and execute a simultaneous left snap kick and left vertical

downward ridge hand chop to 9 o'clock followed by a pivot left into

a left pinan stance and a right inward elbow strike to the left

hand open palm.

 

Look right to 12 o'clock then pivot on right foot and step with

left foot into a modified attention stance (both feet together)

facing 12 o'clock and execute a right hand square block.

 

Look at the 3 o'clock position then pivot right on the left foot

and execute a simultaneous right snap kick and right vertical

downward ridge hand chop to 3 o'clock followed by a pivot right

into a right pinan stance and a left inward elbow strike to the

right hand open palm.

 

Look left at the 12 o'clock position then step forward with the

left foot into a left pinan stance facing 12 o'clock and

simultaneously execute a right horizontal inward palm up chop to

the neck area and a left open palm high block.

 

Execute a right step thru snap kick, planting right foot at the 12

o'clock position at the completion of the kick, then step with left

foot into a cosi dachi and execute a right hand middle out block.

 

 

Look left at the 4:30 position then pivot counterclockwise on the

left foot and execute simultaneously a right step back snap kick to

the 4:30 clock position and a left middle out block followed by a

double punch.

 

Look right at the 7:30 clock position then pivot clockwise (right)

on the right foot and execute simultaneously a left step back snap

kick to the 7:30 clock position and a right middle out block

followed by a double punch.

 

Look left at the 6 o'clock position then step into a left pinan

stance facing 6 o'clock and execute a left down block to the 6

o'clock position.

 

Execute a right horizontal inward elbow smash (hitting the left

open palm) to 6 o'clock  followed by simulating a grab of an

opponents lapel with both hands to 6 o'clock.

 

Execute a right snap kick to 6 o'clock and plant the right foot at

the 4:30 position upon completion of the kick.

 

Pivot counterclockwise into a left pinan stance facing 12 o'clock

and execute a left knife hand strike to the collar bone area.

 

Step back with the left leg into a right pinan stance facing 12

o'clock and execute a right knife hand strike to the collar bone

area.

 

Step back with right foot
