Look left to 9 o'clock then step with the right foot to the 3

o'clock position into a horse stance facing 12 o'clock and execute

a simultaneous left hand middle out block and a right hand high

block.

 

Execute a left hand down block to the 9 o'clock position

 

Look right to the 3 o'clock position then execute a simultaneous

right hand middle out block and a left hand high block

 

Execute a right hand down block to the 3 o'clock position

 

Look right at the 6 o'clock position then bring the left foot in

next to the right foot then raise the right leg while pivoting

clockwise (to the right) on the left foot to face the 6 o'clock

position and simultaneously execute a waist high right hand hammer

strike and right front snap kick to the 6 o'clock position.  Plant

the kicking leg at the 5 o'clock position at the completion of the

kick.

 

Look left at the 12 o'clock position then pivot counterclockwise

(left) into a left pinan stance facing 12 o'clock and execute a

left vertical knife hand strike to the collar bone area.

 

Step forward with the right foot into a right pinan stance facing

12 o'clock and execute right vertical knife hand strike to the

collar bone area.

 

Step forward with the left foot into a left pinan stance facing 12

o'clock and execute a left vertical knife hand strike to the collar

bone area.

 

Step forward with the right foot into a Zen Kutsu stance facing 12

o'clock and execute a right vertical spear hand strike to the solar

plexus area. Kiai.

 

Look to the 3 o'clock position then pivot counter clockwise (left)

into a left pinan stance facing 3 o'clock and execute a left

vertical knife hand strike to the collar bone area.

 

Look right to the 4:30 clock position (45 degrees) then step with

the right foot into a right pinan stance facing the 4:30 clock

position and execute a right vertical knife hand strike to the

collar bone area.

 

Look left at the 9 o'clock position then step clockwise (right)

with the right foot into a right pinan stance facing the 9 o'clock

position and execute a right vertical knife hand strike to the

collar bone area.

 

Look left to the 7:30 clock position (45 degrees) then step with

the left foot into a left pinan stance facing the 7:30 clock

position and execute a left vertical knife hand strike to the

collar bone area.

 

Look left at the 6 o'clock position then step with the left foot

into a left pinan stance facing the 6 o'clock position and execute

a left hand middle out block followed by a right hand reverse

punch.

 

Execute a right snap kick to the 6 o'clock position ending in a

right pinan stance facing 6 o'clock then execute a left hand

reverse punch.

 

Execute a left snap kick to the 6 o'clock position ending in a left

pinan stance facing the 6 o'clock position then execute a right

hand reverse punch.

 

Execute a right snap kick to the 6 o'clock position ending in a

right pinan stance facing the 6 o'clock position and execute a

right hand down block to the 6 o'clock position.

 

Look right to the 9 o'clock position then step counter clockwise

(left) with the left foot into a left pinan stance facing the 9

o'clock position and execute a left hand down block to the 9

o'clock position.

 

Look right to the 10:30 clock position (45 degrees) then step with

the right foot into a right pinan stance facing the 10:30 clock

position (45 degrees) and execute a right hand high block.

 

Look right to the 3 o'clock position then step clockwise (right)

with the right foot into a right pinan stance facing the 3 o'clock

position and execute a right hand down block to the 3 o'clock

position.

 

Look left to the 1:30 clock position (45 degrees) then step with

the left foot into a left pinan stance facing the 1:30 position (45

degrees) and execute a left hand high block.

 

Step back with the left foot into a wide stance
