Look left at 9 o'clock then step and plant the right leg at the

1:30 clock position and pivot into a pinan stance facing 9 o'clock

and execute a left horizontal hammer fist strike followed by a

large circle left back knuckle strike.

 

Execute a right leg step thru snap kick to the 9 o'clock position

followed by a right punch then a large circle right back knuckle

strike to the 9 o'clock position.

 

Step counter clockwise with the right foot to plant the right foot

at the 7 o'clock position then pivot left into a pinan stance

facing the 3 o'clock position and left horizontal hammer fist

strike followed by a large circle left back knuckle strike.

 

Execute a right leg step thru snap kick to the 3 o'clock position

followed by a right punch then a large circle right back knuckle

strike to the 3 o'clock position.

 

Look left at the 12 o'clock position then step with the left foot

into a pinan stance facing 12 o'clock and execute a left down block

to the 12 o'clock position immediately followed by a left middle

out block.

 

Execute a low right step thru snap kick to 12 o'clock ending in a

right pinan stance facing 12 o'clock immediately followed by a

right punch to 12 o'clock then a right middle out block.

 

Execute a mid left step thru snap kick to 12 o'clock ending in a

left pinan stance facing 12 o'clock immediately followed by a left

punch to 12 o'clock then a left middle out block.

 

Execute a high right snap kick to the 12 o'clock position

immediately followed by a simultaneous high left snap kick and left

hammer strike to the 12 o'clock position approximately one foot

above the left leg.  Prepare the hammer strike by crossing the arms

in front of the head, left on top of the right with wrists

touching.  Upon completion of the left kick plant the left foot at

the 1:30 position then pivot clock wise into a right pinan stance

facing 6 o'clock and execute a right middle out block.

 

Execute a left snap kick to the 6 o'clock position, stepping back

into a right pinan stance facing 6 o'clock, immediately followed by

a double punch.  Kiai on the second punch.

 

Look left at the 3 o'clock position then step left into a pinan

stance facing 3 o'clock then execute a left down block to the 3

o'clock position followed by a right reverse punch.

 

Look right 45 degrees at the 4:30 position then execute a right

step thru snap kick to the 4:30 position ending in a right pinan

stance facing the 4:30 position followed by a large circling right

hand back knuckle strike to the 4:30 position.

 

Look right to the 9 o'clock position then step clockwise with the

right leg into a right pinan stance facing the 9 o'clock position

and execute a right down block to 9 o'clock followed by a left

reverse punch.

 

Look 45 degrees left to the 7:30 clock position then execute a left

step thru snap kick to the 7:30 position ending in a left pinan

stance facing 7:30 followed by a large circling left hand back

knuckle strike to the 7:30 position.

 

Look left at the 6 o'clock position then step with the left foot

into a pinan stance facing 6 o'clock then execute a left down block

to 6 o'clock followed by a left middle out block.

 

Execute a low right step thru snap kick to 6 o'clock ending in a

right pinan stance facing 6 o'clock immediately followed by a right

punch to 6 o'clock then a right middle out block.

 

Execute a mid left step thru snap kick to 6 o'clock ending in a

left pinan stance facing 6 o'clock immediately followed by a left

punch to 6 o'clock then a left middle out block.

 

Execute a high right snap kick to the 6 o'clock position

into a right pinan stance facing 12 o'clock, immediately followed

by a double punch.  Kiai on the second punch.

 

Look left at the 9 o'clock position then step left into a pinan

stance facing 9 o'clock then execute a left down block to the 9

o'clock position followed by a right reverse punch.

 

Look right 45 degrees at the 10:30 position then execute a right

step thru snap kick to the 10:30 position ending in a right pinan

stance facing the 10:30 position followed by a large circling right

hand back knuckle strike to the 10:30 position.

 

Look right to the 3 o'clock position then step clockwise with the

right leg into a right pinan stance facing the 3 o'clock position

and execute a right down block to 3 o'clock followed by a left

reverse punch.

 

Look 45 degrees left to the 1:30 clock position then execute a left

step thru snap kick to the 1:30 position ending in a left pinan

stance facing 1:30 followed by a large circling left hand back

knuckle strike to the 1:30 position.
