Look 45 degrees right at the 1:30 clock position.

 

Step with left foot into a cosi dachi facing Shomen.

 

Look right , step out with the right leg into a horse stance

facing       Shomen, execute a right reverse ridge hand (palm up) strike.

 

Execute a left elbow strike into the right hand palm.

 

Look left at the 9 o'clock position then execute a left hand down

Block..

 

Execute a right cross body square block while chambering the left

fist on the left hip.

 

Step with the right leg into a cosi dachi then step into

horse stance and execute a right middle out block.

 

Execute a front crossing double block.

 

Execute a left uppercut punch to Shomen.

 

Execute a left cross body square block while chambering the right

fist on the right hip.

 

Execute a left leg lift to avoid a sweep immediately followed by a

right inward block.

 

Execute a right leg lift to avoid a sweep immediately followed by

a left inward block.

 

Execute a left cross body square block while chambering the right

fist on the right hip.

 

Execute a left naichanchi block.  Kiai.


 

Leave the right arm in the blocking position and bring the left

hand, palm up, to under the right arm pit then execute a left

reverse (palm up) ridge hand to the 9 o'clock position while

chambering the right hand on the right hip.

 

Execute a right elbow strike into the left hand palm by bringing

the right elbow across the body to meet the left palm at the 10:30

clock position.

 

Execute a right cross body square block while chambering the left

fist on the left hip.

 

Look right at the 3 o'clock position then execute a right down

block to the 3 o'clock position.

 

Execute a left cross body square block while chambering the right

fist on the right hip.

 

Step with the left leg into a cosi dachi position then step out

with the right leg into a horse stance facing 12 o'clock and

execute a left out block.

 

Execute a front crossing double block, bringing the left arm down

from the out block position, moving down and inside of the right

arm ending in a right down block to the 12 o'clock position as the

right arm moves up and outside of the left ending in a right middle

out block.

 

Execute a right upper cut punch.

 

Execute a right leg lift to avoid a sweep immediately followed by

a left inward block.

 

Execute a left leg lift to avoid a sweep immediately followed by a

right inward block.

 

Execute a right cross body square block while chambering  the left

fist on the left hip.

 

Execute a right naihanchi block. Kiai.
