Step to 3 o'clock with the right leg into a horse
stance facing 12
o'clock
then execute a left middle out block while chambering the
right
fist on the right hip.
Execute a front double block with the left arm moving
downward and
inside of
the right arm ending in a left down block to 12 o'clock
while the
right arm moves upward from the hip and outside of the
left arm
ending in a right middle out block.
Without moving the left arm, bring the right fist to the
left wrist
then
execute a right naihanchan block.
Execute a right inward back knuckle strike to 12
o'clock supported
by the
left arm/fist.
Chamber the right fist on the right hip while keeping
the left arm
in a
cross body square block position then open the left fist and
execute a
right punch under the left open hand with the left finger
tips
ending resting on the right bicep.
Without moving the left arm/hand execute
a right middle out block.
Step with the left leg into a cosi
dachi facing 12 o'clock then
step with
the right to the right into a horse stance facing 12
o'clock
and execute a right back knuckle strike to 3 o'clock
without
moving the left arm. Circle the right
hand downward and
back
toward the body ending in a right extended out block to 3
o'clock
then execute a right down block to 3 o'clock without
moving
the left arm.
Execute a right punch under the open left palm.
Execute a left knife hand strike to 9 o'clock while
chambering the
right
fist on the right hip.
Execute a right cross body punch while chambering the
left fist on
the left
hip.
Step with the right leg into a cosi
dachi then step out with the
left leg
to 9 o'clock into a horse stance facing 12 o'clock and
execute a
right middle out block.
Execute a front double block with the right arm moving
downward and
inside of
the left arm ending in a right down block to 12 o'clock
while the
left arm moves upward from the hip and outside of the
right arm
ending in a left middle out block.
Without moving the right arm, bring the left fist to
the right
wrist
